PREPARING EGG OMELETTE


Introduction
It feels great have and enjoying a nice meal. The sweet taste of the food making you to want more. Preparing an omelette shouldn't be a difficult task since it takes minutes to be ready.
Omelette shouldn't be for breakfast only it can be served as lunch or supper too.

Ingredients
Two eggs
One  tomato
A half teaspoon salt
One  onion
One tea spoon cooking oil
Coriander 

Method
Chop the onions, tomatoes and coriander into very small  pieces.
In a bowl add the chopped onions, the and coriander
Beat the eggs two eggs and add the eggs in the bowl. 
Add salt to taste the mixture and whisk evenly until it's mixed up well.
Heat the egg pan, add oil until it melts.
Add the mixture to the pan. Cook for 20-30minutes. At that time you can smell the aroma coming from the chicken.
After cooking it's ready to be served.
